Cancellation Policy
Ha-Na Med Spa – Massage Appointment No-Show & Cancellation Policy Massage appointments at Ha-Na Med Spa are reserved in advance and require the coordination of a licensed massage therapist. To ensure fair scheduling and respect for our therapists’ time, we maintain the following policy in accordance with professional standards and Hawai‘i state regulations: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid a charge. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full price of the session. If you are sick, injured, or experiencing an emergency, please notify us as early as possible. Exceptions may be made at our discretion with appropriate communication. By booking a massage, you agree to the terms of this policy. We appreciate your kōkua (cooperation) and understanding, which help us maintain a respectful and professional environment for all clients and therapists.
